Controla for PlayStation and gaming cafés
Controla runs your gaming café and its coffee bar from one screen: every console with its status, time and running bill, plus orders, payments, shifts and reports in the same place.
Start a device with one tap, open time, a fixed time or a set amount. Controla bills at the single or multi rate, and if players switch mode halfway each part is charged at its own rate. Pause a device, extend the time or move players to another console without losing the bill, with optional night rates and a minimum charge for rooms. You get an alert when time is about to run out.
The café is part of the same bill: players order by scanning the QR code on their device, the order reaches the cashier and the bar screen, and at the end one bill holds both the play time and the orders, paid in cash, card, wallet or from the customer's balance.
Regular customers get cards with prepaid balance, a credit limit and points on every bill that turn into credit. Shifts, cash drawer, expenses, stock and user permissions are included, with reports on how many hours each device played, what it earned and your busiest hours.
